To achieve inclusion, a change in culture and attitudes towards equality is essential, including deliberate actions in education, employment, and healthcare. Schools should teach globalized, tolerant compassion, workplaces should not discriminate, and healthcare systems should be designed with everyone in mind. This requires eradicating discrimination, supporting equity laws, and advocating for inclusive programs.

  I was able to gain a deeper understanding of web blogs during the first quarter, including their various types, components, goals, and the complex skills required to create them. It made it easier for me to comprehend how to effectively convey thoughts to a larger audience when using this media. The integration of art and engineering in the production of web content became clear to me as I saw the importance of design and ergonomics in the blogs' development.
